SPC — stone plastic composite, the rigid-core vinyl that has taken a large share of the resilient flooring market — is a newer Vietnamese export story than tile or quartz, and it grew for the familiar reason: buyers wanted a non-Chinese origin. Vietnam now has real SPC capacity.
It also has, online, an unusually poor information environment. That is worth saying before the list.
A warning about the other lists you'll read
Search "top SPC flooring manufacturers in Vietnam" and most of what comes back is published by competing Chinese flooring companies or by lead-generation directories that list whoever pays. Those pages are marketing, not research. Unlike tile (listed producers, World Ceramics rankings) or quartz (a HOSE-listed leader publishing capacity), Vietnamese SPC has no listed pure-play and very little audited public data.
So treat this list — including ours — as a map of who is visible in trade data, not a measured ranking. We have flagged what each name actually has behind it.
How this list was put together
Recurrence across independent trade and shipment sources, with the specific evidence named where it exists. As with our other market lists, this is a public market landscape, not our supplier list: inclusion is neither an endorsement nor an indication of any commercial relationship.
The five
1. ANZ Floor — the strongest export signal. Factory in the Nam Son Industrial Zone, Quang Ninh Province, with offices in Hanoi and Houston. Reported 700+ export shipments in 2025 — the most concrete export-activity evidence in this group, and a US office suggests a supply chain already pointed at the American market.
2. Mikado SPC Joint Stock Company. Factory in Ha Nam Province, offering OEM manufacturing — relevant if you need private-label production rather than a catalogue product.
3. VN EcoFloor JSC. Positions on sustainability with a reported ~90% export rate and active trade- show presence. A high export ratio is a genuinely useful signal: it implies export documentation and overseas-market habits are already in place.
4. Neo Floor. Notable for owning its limestone quarries — vertical integration into the raw material, which matters more in SPC than most categories because the calcium carbonate core is most of the product. Reported port access for shipping.
5. VietFloors. A broad luxury-vinyl range built on an SPC rigid core, aimed at buyers who want design breadth rather than a single spec.
What actually decides an SPC order
The brand name is close to the least important variable here. What decides whether the floor performs and clears customs:
- Wear layer. Measured in mils — roughly 12 mil for light residential, 20 mil and up for commercial traffic. This single number predicts most warranty disputes.
- Core density and thickness. Density drives dent resistance and dimensional stability; a cheap, under-dense core telegraphs the subfloor and cups in heat.
- Locking system. Which click system, and is it licensed? An unlicensed clone can be an IP problem in your market, not just an installation one.
- Chemical and fire certification for your destination — phthalate content (US CPSIA), formaldehyde where applicable, FloorScore or equivalent indoor-air certification, and reaction-to-fire classification (EN 13501-1) for Europe.
- Origin documentation. SPC is exactly the category where "diversified out of China" invites scrutiny of whether the goods were genuinely transformed in Vietnam. Under the US framework the gap between the reciprocal rate and the transshipment rate is the whole ballgame — see Origin Is the Product and The 20% Line.
And before wiring anything, run the standard checks — SPC's fast growth has drawn in traders presenting as factories. Our factory verification guide is the checklist.
Sources & data notes
ANZ Floor's Nam Son Industrial Zone factory, Hanoi and Houston offices and reported 700+ export shipments in 2025; Mikado SPC's Ha Nam factory and OEM service; VN EcoFloor's reported ~90% export rate; Neo Floor's limestone quarry ownership and port access; and VietFloors' SPC rigid-core range are drawn from 2025–2026 trade directories and sector listings. This sector's public data is materially weaker than tile or quartz: several widely-circulated "top supplier" lists are published by competitors or paid directories, there is no audited capacity ranking, and the order above reflects visibility in trade sources rather than measured market share. Verify capacity, certification, wear-layer specification and export history directly with any company before relying on it. Inclusion is not an endorsement and does not indicate a commercial relationship with Make in Vietnam or VITD.
