Factory audit
We visit the plant in person: production lines, capacity, raw material sourcing and working conditions. No desk-only approvals.
Certification check
We verify every certificate directly with the issuing body — ISO, ASTM, EN, FSC — not just the PDF the factory sends.
Sample verification
Physical samples are tested against the declared specification before a manufacturer enters our catalog.
Pilot order QC
First orders ship with pre-shipment inspection (third-party available: SGS / Intertek / TÜV) at container loading.
Ongoing scorecard
Every shipment is scored on quality, documentation and on-time delivery. Manufacturers that slip are replaced by the backup.
